Track progress that actually rolls up
Progress Tracker is a shared workspace for planning work as projects, milestones, features and tasks — and seeing an honest completion figure at every level, derived from the tasks underneath rather than typed in by hand.
Free to use. Sign in with Google or an emailed link.
A hierarchy that adds up
Workspace → project → milestone → feature → task. Tick off a task and the completion percentage rolls up through every level above it automatically.
Numbers you can trust
Progress is computed in the database, not in the browser. No application code can write a percentage, so the figures cannot drift from the underlying work.
You own your own work
Everyone sees the whole board, but a task can only be edited by the person who created it — including by the workspace owner. Enforced by database access rules, not just hidden buttons.
Always current
Boards refresh every 15 seconds while you are looking at them and pause when you switch tabs, so teammates see each other move without anyone hitting reload.

What we ask of your Google account
Signing in with Google shares only your name, email address and profile picture, so we can create your account and show teammates who you are. We never receive your password, and we have no access to Gmail, Drive, Calendar or your contacts. You can revoke access at any time from your Google account permissions page.
