Progress Tracker is a workspace tool for tracking work across projects, milestones, features and tasks. This policy describes what it stores and why.
Account information. When you sign in we store your email address, and — if you sign in with Google — the display name and profile picture URL Google provides. We request only the openid, email and profile scopes. We never receive your Google password, and we have no access to your Gmail, Drive, Calendar or contacts.
Content you create. Workspaces, projects, milestones, features and tasks, including their titles, descriptions, statuses and timestamps, together with who created each one.
Invitations. When you invite somebody, we store the email address you entered and a single-use token, until the invitation is accepted or expires.
We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing.
Everyone in a workspace can see all of its projects, milestones, features and tasks. Only the person who created a task can change or delete it — this is enforced by database access rules, not only by the interface, and it applies to the workspace owner too.
People outside a workspace cannot see any of its content.
Supabase hosts the database and handles authentication.
Resend delivers invitation emails, and receives the recipient address and the invitation link in order to send them. If email delivery is not configured, no data is sent to Resend at all.
Vercel hosts the application and processes standard web request logs.
Account and content data are kept until the account or workspace is deleted. Deleting an account removes its profile and everything that belongs to it. Invitations expire 48 hours after they are created.
You can leave a workspace at any time, and a workspace owner can remove members. To have your account and associated data deleted, contact the person who operates this installation.
You can also revoke this application’s access to your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
